Lightweight Pet Steps

These pet steps may not be returned for any reason. If the step is damaged please contact customer service and we will replace your damaged step.

 

 

If steps are unused they can be returned within 30 days of purchase but will inquire a 20% restocking fee exlcuding shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping the step back and will receive refund when steps have been received. Used steps can not be returned for any reason. Please call if your step damaged.

 

Customer Service must be contacted (1-888-842-5230) before returning any step. At this time they will issue a return authorization number. Refunds will not be granted for any reason unless the return authorization number is included in the package.

Limitation of Liability
Market Smart, Inc. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Market Smart, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Typographical Errors
In the event that a Market Smart, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Market Smart, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Market Smart, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Market Smart, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
