Heavy Duty, Solid Side, Portable, & Decorative Wood Pet Steps: All heavy duty pet steps may be returned for any reason within 30 days of your purchase for any reason. A return authorization number is required to return heavy duty steps and Solid side steps. If your steps are damaged we will contact Fedex and have them pick up your steps and ship out another set to you. Please do not throw the box away if you receive a damaged steps, Fedex will not pick them up without it. For heavy duty step returns that are not damaged there will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lightweight: Unused lightweight pet steps may be returned for any reason within 30 days of your purchase. A return authorization number is required to return the steps. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded. Please call for details on how to return your steps. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Decorative Pet Steps: These steps can be returned if unused within 30 days of your purchase. A return authorization number is required with the return. If your steps are damaged we will contact the shipping company to have them picked up. We will then ship out a new step to you. Please do not discard the box of damaged steps. All decorative step returns will incur a $10.00 restocking fee. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Pet Loader Steps: These steps can be returned if unused within 30 days of your purchase. A return authorization number is required with the return. Please do not discard the box of damaged steps. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations
Please note that if your shipment arrives damaged and you wish to cancel the order at that time without allowing us to replace the damaged shipment, our normal return policy will apply. (See Above)
