Q: If I order a step with only one storage lid, what step do you put the storage lid on?
A: Any time a storage lid is ordered we start with the top step which allows for the maximum amount of storage. If you order one lid, the storage will be on the top step.

A: Your shipping and handling costs are calculated for each step you order. Our average shipping cost is around $25. This includes full custom assembly and careful packaging. Your steps will arrive fully assembled and ready to go with all the options you choose. All our steps are usually shipped the next business day via Fedex Ground.
